1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Emli digital and physical prints, as well as any related services, including ritual content accessed via QR code.
By purchasing from Emli, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description

Emli offers:

Digital prints — delivered in high-resolution format (.JPG, .PNG, and .PDF) for personal use.
Physical fine art prints — printed to order on premium fine art paper and shipped worldwide in protective packaging.

Each print, whether digital or physical, includes a QR code that provides weekly access to curated rituals.

3. License of Use for Digital Downloads

All digital artworks purchased from Emli are licensed, not sold.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the artwork for personal display (e.g., in your home, café, yoga studio, or boutique).
You may not share, redistribute, reproduce, or modify the digital file in any way, including uploading it online, sending it to others, or reselling it in either digital or physical form.
Commercial use, including use in marketing or resale, is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted by Emli.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns for Physical Prints

Production — Physical prints are produced on demand. Production times may vary and will be specified at checkout.
Shipping — We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.
Packaging — All prints are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Returns — Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Any damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
Customs & Duties — International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. QR Code Access and Ritual Content

Each Emli print includes access to digital ritual content via a unique QR code.
This content is updated regularly, but no lifetime access is guaranteed.
Continued access depends on the ongoing operation of Emli and the availability of our digital platform.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue ritual content at any time due to technical, operational, or external factors.
In the event of disruption, Emli is not liable for any loss of access and is under no obligation to provide replacement content or refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All Emli designs, images, text, and rituals are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution may result in legal action.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers.

Digital products — Non-refundable once purchased and accessed.
Physical products — Non-refundable except in the case of damage or defect (see Section 4).

8. Limitation of Liability

Emli is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, inability to access digital content, shipping delays, or errors in our offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or QR-linked content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Emli services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
